In a statement released Wednesday, Nordstrom said it was working to resolve the issue and would be posting a response to customers by the end of the week.
A day earlier, eBay said it had not received any reports of customer service issues.
EBay, a division of eBay Inc., said it has been monitoring the situation, adding that it has “a dedicated team of human resources to help resolve any customer issues.”
Nokia said it “has not received reports of any issues” and was working with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
