How to Get Apple to Help you Get Your Business Back

The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple has asked for the Federal Trade Commission to investigate a complaint by a consumer that its software, including Siri, does not work with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

The complaint was filed last month by the Consumerist blog, which reported on Apple’s new Siri feature last week.

“It’s an open secret that Apple’s Siri isn’t working with the latest iPhone 6 or 6 Plus phones,” the blog’s editorial board wrote.

“We’ve contacted Apple directly about this issue and they’ve offered no explanation, no solution, and no hope of resolving the issue.”

The Wall Journal reports the complaint also asks the FTC to investigate whether Apple violated antitrust laws by not following its own guidelines on what constitutes deceptive conduct.

The Journal notes that Apple is also seeking to remove the app from the App Store.
